18 Yummy Recipes For Kids (6 to 24 Months)

18 Yummy Recipes For Kids (6 to 24 Months)

Feeding your little one is definitely not an easy task. When you introduce a new dish to your baby, you might not be successful the very first time. Since babies have only breast milk or formula milk (as the case may be), they take some time to develop a taste for different foodstuffs. Although most babies love to eat sweet-tasting food, some may not relish it much. Try some of these yummy recipes for kids. Also, it isn’t advisable to add too much of added sugar.

I normally get this question from parents: –

When should I start giving salt and sugar to my baby?

Answer: – Your baby’s body doesn’t require artificial sugar at any point in his life. So, I do not recommend adding sugar to anything. If we talk about salt, baby’s kidneys are not powerful enough to take the salt. So, avoid introducing salt to your baby before 10 months. Even after 10 months, the daily allowance for salt is 1 mg which is just a pinch. Keep it restricted.
