In my previous blog, I had written about how to introduce solid foods to your babies. In this blog, I am going to address the most common query of every mother- My baby is not gaining weight!
I do get patients every day having weight related issues for their babies. Some are overweight, some are underweight and I always say- Stop checking the scales, check your baby’s health!
Weight sometimes depends upon genetic constitution as well. If parents are underweight, their babies are likely to be underweight. This is not a thing to worry. But if everything gets ruled out, I have a list of weight gain foods for your babies in this article!
