It is easy to identify if your baby has colic. If your baby is crying for no apparent reason for more than 3 hours, if he cries at the same time, every single day, if your baby cries louder and in a higher pitch than he normally cries, if he passes gas frequently than you should know that your baby is suffering from colic
To relieve your baby of colic, you can give him a relaxing tummy massage, feed him a healing liquid of hing water, ajwain water or fennel seeds water in room temperature.
